The Vision
Introducing a local baker in the city of New Berlin, Wisconsin. Patricia was trained and mentored by Chef Rachel, Chef Michelle, and Chef Selena while studying for her degree in Baking and Pastry Production through the culinary program at Waukesha County Technical College in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Now, as an up-and-coming pastry chef, she is perfecting her skills through her special bakery business, Je t'aime Bakery, which is quickly becoming a beloved spot in the New Berlin bakery scene. Patricia believes that good, wholesome food is essential in everyone's life, and she is eager to share her love of baking with the local community. Offering a variety of wholesome, fresh, and classically baked items, Je t'aime Pastry caters to those who appreciate quality bakery goods, baked to perfection through the classical art of technique and a chef’s dedication to providing the best baked treats in New Berlin, WI.
